Came across a website that omega 3-6-9 in a specific ratio is key to keeping us healthy. Upon research, this seems to be closest to this key ratio, and it is relatively affordable too (reputable brand). Aim to try at least 2 bottles

If you want energy and longer hair, strong fingernails this is for you. I'm 155 pounds at 5'7 1/5 and must take food with vitamins or I'll get nausea like i originally did with these but it definitely worked with results...your toe nails will even grow longer, lol, not excited about that however the benefits are far greater! Enjoy the results and the great thing is I don't even take every day but 3x a week and still reap the benefits. For some reason I noticed I get hungry, not a complaint just an FYI so be sure to have healthy snacks on hand!
