I bought this tablet so I could read PDF books comfortably. I also want to watch live and DL'd TV and DL'd films. It's good for that. The manufacturers claim it can be used to connect to a TV via HDMI, also that data can be transferred via USB OTG. The accompanying booklet tells us how this can be done, but they can't be done. Those claims are not true. I contacted Teclast with regard to these issues and the very prompt reply was that this tablet is not compatible with HDMI usage. Nothing about USB OTG. So much for customer service. I'll keep the tablet as it basically does what I bought it for and I can use the memory card to transfer files. A pain but a work around I'm prepared to undertake. I can't recommend the tablet to gamers or those who use a lot of apps as I don't think the memory is sufficient. Apps that work fine on my phone struggle on this tablet and that can only be a memory issue. In short then if you have the kind of limited use for a tablet that I have then it's worth the money, otherwise go for the bigger boys.

I was attracted to the price and specs if this tablet. It works fine for five months then it started to slow down: refusing to open some apps . It just became so slow. I contacted their support team who then just repeatedly gave me links for YouTube videos on how to update the firmware which did not work. I requested a replacement or a refund and I have not received any communication about this whatsoever. So I feel screwed on this myself but I want to save other people from having such a bad experience. I would never recommend this product to anyone

Great specification at a great price. The instructions for updating apps etc from old device were quite confusing but that maybe because I'm not an android expert. Still testing but seems excellent value for money.

Nice tablet as a cheap alternative to an iPad. Takes a long time to turn on though and battery isn’t great.

Very happy with the tablet, quick, responsive, good quality feel and the sound is excellent. Also commendations to the customer support after we had received it we noticed that it still had not been updated as received, their customer support messaged wondering if it had been and if delayed would we like a free case. Did not take them up on the offer as there was no fault with them whatsoever but just a nice touch really.

Nice little gem, a big surprise! I had a voucher deal, had a good price for it. It comes with the newest Android 12, and easily you can synchronize most of the contents and apps from your Android phone as well if you want to. So far so good, happy with my purchase.

The media could not be loaded. Hello everyone, please don't make the same mistake like me, buying one of this tablet.I buy from Amazon UK and I make it this like gift for someone outside from UK, after 6 months, the tablet starting too restarting continuously, I try and I get an master reset, but nothing.I was on last Christmas holiday and I take it with me back on UK, because still is on "guarantee", bull sheet, what guarantee when I contacted the seller, this one put me to fix myself, like reinstalling the android system but I can't doing this if the tablet restarting continuously.Check all the pictures and video as well, when you can see the answers from seller.One star it's too much for this seller !P.S. I have a nother tablet from amazon, Fire Tab 10 an have 4 years old and still working properly, I suggest buy one of this, meter !
