Great game
I am working on sight words with my special needs class.

Okay, not great
Great idea but simple enough I could have made it and not spent the money. The labels were stuck all over the container and they will not come off without leaving a horrible sticky mess and taking off the design. My son loves basketball so this was a great concept just poorly executed.

Great idea, not that well designed
Good concept, but the design left something to be desired. However, you can use the basketball sightwords in other ways. I just made up my own games for my groups.

2nd grader who hates reading…LOVES it!
My son loves basketball. He’s very active and usually can’t sit still. He’s behind with his reading skills so I knew I had to find some creative way to get him to practice his reading ASAP!This was it! He loves it so much he asks me if we could play it together all the time. The directions are a little wonky but we made up our own rules and we’re both happy with it. He’s supposed to find as many words as he can in a certain amount of time and he has to try and beat his score every time. So far so good. If you have a very active child who doesn’t like anything to do with reading and also loves basketball this might be a winner for you!Absolutely worth every penny and more!

My boys like this "game" more than I expected!
This learning "game" is pretty much just a bunch of word cards in the shape of basketballs, and the container to hold them has a slot in the top to "dunk" the cards. It is as simple as it sounds, but my 3 year old and 6 year old really like it! My advice is to forget about the blue side being harder than the orange side. Just let your kids pick out which ones they can figure out, help them if they need it, then let them put the card in the slot as their "reward." Again, a simple game, but a novel way to learn, and that's what is important to keep kids interested. Highly recommended!

Kinda cheap looking
Made in china label is stuck right on the front of the game so doesn’t look nice as a gift. I was able to peel it off but took awhile.
