Seriously looks and feels like a paper towel. I laughed so hard when I opened it, I almost peed myself, which would've been fine, because I have the worlds largest paper towel to clean up my mess.

***The five star rating is based on the fact that this is a $20 queen sized quilt***I purchased two of these quilts to protect my couch cushions from my two large dogs and for that purpose, this product is great. The design is subtle and pretty and does not look inexpensive. My only complaints are:1) The stitching around the border is very weak, so it has already unraveled on one edge (which isn't a huge deal because it's normally tucked under the cushion and I purchased it to take a beating instead of my couch).2) The care instructions say to hand wash- not exactly sure how one is supposed to hand wash a queen sized quilt, but oh well. I just wash it on the delicate cycle and tumble dry low and grabbed my sewing kit to fix the edging and haven't had any further issues.With that being said, this product is great for protecting furniture or if you are looking for lightweight/ decorative bedding. For the price, I say you get even more than what you pay for. I would recommend this product unless you are looking for a heavy quilt that will provide a lot of warmth.

What's that old attage? You get what you pay for? Well that's true in this case.So I looked it up, a quilt is a multi-layered textile, traditionally composed of three layers of fiber: a woven cloth top, a layer of batting or wadding, and a woven back, combined using the technique of quilting, the process of SEWING the three layers together.This "quilt" does seem to have 3 very, very thin layers but that seems to be the only thing that this item and a quilt (by definition) have in common. The layers on this were not sewed together (other than the seams) they were MELTED together. Yes, they were melted together..... in a very pretty pattern but they were MELTED nonetheless.The product description list the process as pinsonic weaving, but if you look that up you will see that that is just a fancy way for the company to say "we melted the 3 layers of polyester together".The bed cover is not very good quality and is a bit stiff even after washing but that can be expected since they melted the material together in about 500,000 spots. This bed cover will only be useful during the summer time (it's winter right now so it's going into the linen closet for now) since it's so thin; dispite it being polyester it's not very warm.I won't be returning it since it was so cheap and the pattern is pretty, it will probably end up being used in the guest room this summer. I will continue my search for a couple inexpensive real quilts for the other beds in my house.UPDATE:After a couple of washes the seams started coming apart as did the melted plastic dots the this bed cover is covered in.

I have ordered several of these. I use them everywhere. We have a lot of animals and everything is white. These are perfect to throw over seating or as tablecloths inside and out. I use them in the bedrooms. The launder perfectly. I have about 12 of them.

If youre looking for a pretty, dainty, delicate-looking coverelt - this is the one for you! it's not warm or heavy at all, so dont expect to use this on a cold night, but its perfect for an extra top layer and for the decorative aspect of it and it's such a great price!! I used this coverlet over top of my heavier white comforter, bcuz it is lightweight and adds extra weight to my bedding - which I love. it goes perfect with my Christmas pillows and white shams. This bedspread has a beautiful quilted woven look to it that reminds me of the bedding my aunt uses in Italy. To me this was designed as a decorative layer to go over thicker bedspreads... or bc it has a thin layer of batting, it makes it perfect to use alone on warm nights. I think it looks elegant.... but don't expect it to be a thick heavy warm comforter bc thats not what this is for

It is lightweight more as a coverlet. Has scrolls/floral design; looks more artistic than the typical chequered patterns that is commonly available. Has minimal batting so can be easily laundered without having the item getting lumpy. It can be paired with a blanket for more warmth. I live in a warm place and this is perfect year long

Kept me just warm enough with the air conditioner going while allowing my body heat to escape. I woke up feeling comfortable instead of gross and sweaty. The design is very nice, the photo is true to color, and it was exactly the size indicated. Makes a fantastic summer quilt.

Very very light. Better for looks that for warmth. Only use if you’re looking for a quick crisp light look. I love in a hot climate so this is perfect. It looks great, fits/falls over bed nicely. Perfect for a rotating room of out of town guests.
