Can you attach with screen room.?

Yes, but the screen room will not attach to the end of the frame.

How does this attach to a 4Runner? How has it held up long term?

Can’t speak to longevity as we’ve only had it for a month so far. As for attaching, it depends on what rail/cross bar setup you have… you need cross bars, then you will need to order whichever ARB attachments match best to your cross bars. For example I have flat cross bars, so I just got the basic “L” bracket style, and bolted them to my stock cross bars.
