I purchase the item believed it will solve my problems when wanting to both charge my phone and use my headphones but the item I received does not work !!!

Does not work with iPhone X!!!
Does not work with iPhone X!!! I followed all the steps and still nothing music came out of the phones speakers and did not charge definitely returning product

Product did not work on my iPhone X for either the charger or the headphones. Tried it on my girlfriends iPhone 7 Plus and did not work either. The charger worked on and off as the cable moved. Will return.

Intermittent at best.
It worked intermittently for a few months but recently it will not work at all for charging. I am dissatisfied.
