This thing never fails to frustrate me. I love the idea, and when it works, it is so wonderful. But setting it up is a major affair. You have to reinstall the app, setup a new passsword, reconnect. SEVERAL TIMES. Every time I want to use it, I have to go through this process many, many times before it works. Then, I get it to twork and it suddenly says "wrong password", so I have to unbind and start all freaking over again. 2 and a half hours so far today, trying to get the da_n thing to work. Several times it has started then stopped, and there is never any confidence in my heart that it will work, so I end up leaving extra food available just in case. REALLY disappointed.

I don’t typically write reviews but have to say how amazing this product is. Yes it’s expensive, but the piece of mind to see your cat, know he’s fed, etc. is amazing. It’s also a ton of fun. Would be nice if the sensor could detect motion and then create video as well as the camera show how much food is in the external tray, but these are minor nice to haves. Great value for what you get

I usto Love our Automatic Cat Feeder until the WiFi went out! It only lasted 6 months! And their is no one you can contact to help you out. I looked everywhere, no phone number, no email!
