Just for bangs
Ever since I switched to side bangs, I’ve been struggling to find a good way to curl them for that swoopy look. I have very fine straight hair that doesn’t curl without enough heat. Flat iron curling left a kink, regular curling iron was too curly, round brush with hair dryer just as cumbersome as the others, hot rollers weren’t that good and I only needed in curler to be heated, air drying on a Velcro curler takes too long...the list goes on lol I’ve tried a lot of ways.This little curler is cool! It heats up pretty quickly; I used my iPad charging block. The little light is green as soon as you plug it in and when it’s done heating, the light turns off and you hear a click. That’s when you put it in your already rolled up hair and let it sit. I put it on with the white part on top since it was warm and I didn’t want my forehead too warm. It’s supposed to be done when you hear another click but I left it in until the outside was cool to the touch, just a few minutes really. The first round was not bad, I got a slight curve in my bangs. So I tried another round and it came out a little better after; more curved. The white cable it comes with is very short, like 6 inches; I had a longer micro usb like it and used that instead. I would have given it 5 stars if it heated a little hotter.

It broke only after a few uses! It’s not that great at getting a curl... not worth spending money on. Great concept though, if it were better quality.

I am a cosmetologist and I bought two for in my home and office. it is designed to be portable and also easier to pack it into my bag ; it the best roller I have ever used I can charge with my phone charger in my home and office anywhere!

Great idea
Great idea but doesn't get hot enough to do the job the first time. Seems well made, but if roller was different material bit might give a better curl the first time. It definitely works in a pinch!

not only does it not get hot, it doesn't stay very hot. bought this on a whim for travel... will not be using.
