These cartridges worked great until I updated the Printer's firmware. They printed fine for many times and then I mistakenly updated the printer's frimware and then all of sudden the cartridge is no longer recognized. While this is Epson's fault, it means these cartridges can't be used. If you own these cartridges, then make sure to not update the printer's firmware.

I bought ink from this company several months ago. 2 weeks ago or so, Epson did a firmware update that made my printer stop recognizing my ( still very full) ink cartridges. I contacted Epson and they had to confirm if I was using their ink cartridges or not before they would help me. I was frustrated and annoyed. So, I contacted this company, where I got the ink, and they were wonderful! They refunded 70% of my purchase. I was shocked! I honestly didn't think they could do anything for me. I wasn't expecting any refund since it had been over 3 months since my original purchase. They informed me they were working on their cartridges so they would work with the new firmware update. So I waited it out and kept checking Amazon for their update. I purchased as soon as they were available! Installed them right away, and they work perfectly!!! This company has earned my business and I will continue to buy my printer ink from them!!!DO NOT DO A FIRMWARE UPDATE with remanufatured ink cartridges in your printer!!!

The ink worked great until firmware update. Printed perfect if not better quality then OEM. The seller was AMAZING with customer service after the cartridges were blocked by Epson. I don't think this seller should suffer for what greedy Epson has done. I hope this seller comes out with a workaround because I will be buying all my ink from here if I can! Thank you and sorry Epson screwed you and your customers!

package came within a couple of days they were Epson original casings and the ink worked just as the original. I have also ordered a second set and continue to plan on moreUnfortunately I installed these and they worked for 1 lousy day. I got an firmware update from Epson for the 830 xp I put the ink in an well they must have put a product check in the firmware. immediately after installing the firmware the in stopped being recognized and unusable.To confirm my suspicion I went and bought all new cartridges from staples for Epson and low and behold they work fine. No conincidence for sureunilink unless you figure this out your out of business

Work great except I allowed an update with my Epson and it would no longer allow me to use remanufactured ink cartridges. Froze up the start to ink change could not get past it. If you use these do not update printer.

These cartidges worked fine until I made the mistake of updating the firmware on my EPSON printer. The printer now recognizes they are not the more expensive Epson ink..If your printer is working with these DO NOT UPGRADE YOUR FIRMWARE!

I had purchased this product before. They were exactly what I needed: reasonable price, functioned properly - no leaks or anything like that and, very importantly the Epson printer did not reject the cartridge and make me go through hoops to get the cartridge to install.Now to the best part: the cartridges come loosely packed in a bag. Not an issue, except one was missing. I wrote a note to the seller simply asking for the missing one to be replaced. They went beyond and sent me 5 new cartridges. Way beyond my expectations. Well Done! Thank you.
