Sizes run BIG for example if your normal size is 2X-Large, your Biggies size will be X-Large. We're not called BIGGIES for nothing! Please measure waist before ordering. Because of hygiene reasons, returns are acceptable if you "do not" open the package and or "do not" wear the underwear. If you order the wrong size, you are allowed to exchange for the correct size.
