Originally had issues pairing but found that the instructions for pairing were not correct. The instructions keep saying turn the device on/off to get the lights to blink quickly. The method to pair is actually to press the on switch for a period of time (30 sec or so). This will put it into the pairing mode. The instructions must have gotten translated incorrectly.It was advertised as a RGB. I was never sure if white color was an option. It is not an option. You can choose any color on the color wheel but white is not on the wheel.

I have had these lights for well over a year now (Purchased Dec 2017). The lights work as advertised, however since having these lights I have had moved between 3 different houses and setting them up has been a bit of a pain. Although the instructions are easy to follow, the process of setting this device up was a bit of a pain as you need to be within the CLOSEST range to your WiFi router so the device can connect properly. To be fair, in general, you can get the best out of this device by having very good WiFi connectivity; to avoid lag between the device and the Jinvoo app itself. Overall, the lights have worked fine since the day I received them. The Jinvoo app is easy to navigate. The lights are nice for a gaming setup or the bedroom.

Wow!I was super impressed with this led light strip. It took a while to figure out how to sync it with the app and Alexa, but once set up its worked great. I held off on my review for a few months to make sure it continued working and so far so good! I see several other light strips for 3x the price and glad I went with this one!i set it up on the back of my stand up desk and makes for some great accent lighting. I’ll definirely be buying more for around the home.

It never worked and now I’m st UCD since remodel is just completing and this is the last thing to add. I understand I’m beyond return e, but would so appreciate being able to exchange for one that does. I certainly don’t want to leave a bad review for seller or product. My contractor says he feels it is the remote controller and not the lights. Can I exchange the controller please.

Couldn't get it to work right. Kept changing it's name back to the default, didn't want to keep telling Alexa to turn on LED-11232. App wanted phone permissions that it didn't even come close to needing. Why would a light need into my contacts it's not like there was a setting to flash green when Mom calls.

My son approves. He uses this for his desk. From outside the house it looks like he's got a party happening everyday.

Perfect light strip. Mounted this to an aluminum angle bar and placed it above my bed. With the WiFi app, I set a timer to turn on the light for those dark early mornings. The rgb colors are a nice feature. This purchase is a nice bang for the Buck.

gr8 lights, easy to setup, really good quality leds. works awesome with alexa too, might get a few more kits. 5 stars
