Facial Hair Removal for Women, Laxcare Painless Perfect Hair Remover Waterproof with Built-in LED Light

Great little razor! Unfortunately I always forget how sensitive my skin is against stainless steel and so I had a big "reaction" type rash.

Best hair removal tool I've used for those pesky chin/upper lip hairs! And a great size for tavel to throw in, easy to clean.

I'm familiar with devices like this, as I've used the Flawless hair remover and liked that quite a bit. What sold me on the idea of these devices is that they're pretty easy to carry around, work well, and is meant to be used on dry skin.This brand's device works well, as it removes a lot of troublesome hair quickly and cleanly. While it's bigger than the Flawless hair remover (something that may work for or against it depending on your preferences), it's easy to hold and would still be something that would travel well. It comes with its own cleaning brush, which is nice.My main gripe here is that the switch to turn this on and the place to add the battery are the same. It's relatively easy for someone to accidentally open the battery compartment while trying to switch the device off, which is a little frustrating since then the battery could fall out. It still works and all, but I don't like the idea of having to spelunk for batteries. Still, this isn't a deal breaker, it's just annoying. As far as replacement parts go, I'm not entirely sure what these would cost or if they're offered.This isn't a bad deal price-wise, as it's comparable to the Flawless hair remover. I'm going to keep using it for the bigger, more stubborn hairs, that's for certain.

I have really been into shaving my face, I know that it sounds a little weird, but my skin is so smooth and makeup goes on so much nicer. I have a flawless touch, which is pretty much the gold standard for me in terms of simplicity. However, I do like to see what else is out there.Enter this Laxcare. It's very similar to the FT, but the barrel is curved which makes it feel nice in the hand. Size wise, it's about the same, not too big and easy to stow or travel with. The led light is also comparable, though I rarely rely on it for either product.The Laxcare does feel a little more powerful, and has more blades in the head. So I don't need as many passes when I use this. But, my skin isn't too sensitive, so that hasn't been an issue. But I can imagine if you do have very sensitive skin, the Laxcare would be ideal for less irritation. The head is also a little bigger, not by much, but it is a larger by like a mm or 2.Where this lacks however is that it does not have replacement heads. Once the blades dull, unless they have released some in the near future, you would have to replace the entire unit.Price wise, this is good and I would recommend it!

The remover is loud, misses hairs (so you have to go over the same spot again and again), and it never felt smooth. Felt stubble after use. It WAS painless.Spend a few more $$ and get something that does what it advertises

I was happy to get this device for travel. I have a Dermaplane device that removes peach fuzz and skin layers, and I use it regularly. However, it only removes peach fuzz and it’s not good for travel. The Laxcare device is just what I needed for travel plus it does a better job of removing coarse hair (thicker mustache hair) than my dermaplane device.. This device does not remove dead skin but it does a good job of removing unwanted hair.It doesn’t tug or pull on the hair. It removes peach fuzz and does a pretty good job on coarse hair (I do have to go over that area a bit more for complete removal).It is easy to clean.It’s waterproof.It is small so easy to pack/ travel with.
