I purchased this stirrer for my oldest adult son. He’s a double quadruple amputee, a result of an unfortunate set of circumstances with a wood chipper. One thing he did not lose though is his love of coffee. Unfortunately, he was in noble to stir his coffee. This stirrer makes the us ask seem effortless to him. And he’ll sit there for hours watching it stir as he tries to figure out how to turn it off and pick up the cup when alone.Highly recommend.

I bought this to mix various solutions and coral food I use routinely in the reef aquarium hobby. It works great and is a lot faster and more fun than mixing manually. My kids, in particular, love watching it work which has provided me with great opportunities to teach them about water chemistry, etc.Highly recommend.

Bought this unit after returning a competitor model that ceased working after only 9/10 uses. So far this model has performed well after 9 or 10 uses. A little noisy (hum) when compared to previous model bought but still working well. Fingers crossed.

I use this stir plate for home brew yeast culturing and it can barely handle 1000ml of wort at full speed. 2000ml is really pushing it and 3000ml is just a low speed stir. I would imagine your results may differ if you're stirring a thinner liquid but know that this is rated for 3000ml for most likely stirring thin liquids like water or alcohol based solutions. Regardless, it still suits my needs for a great price, is built well and is quieter than other models I've tried.

Half the time it doesn't move the bar and when it goes, the bar gets flung off the plate. (which the bar is now lost).It sounds like its off balance as when its on, its louder than it should be.

Simple and straight forward this works great when I put the magnetic pellet in a decanter and “spin” my wines. Opens them up quickly and allows them to aerate and breathe so even young wines are approachable. Novel way to use this device but works perfectly! Cheers!

This is not a temperatures controlled unit. And when I ordered it I wasn’t looking for that. This is a really good mag mixer. It works better than my heated ones. Highly recommend it.

Worked great the first 3 times I used it. Now it now longer is able to spin the magnet. Buy a more reputable brand or you’ll end up wasting your money.
