Lights and digital read out doesn't always work
The needle still points to where the rpms are, but the lights and digital readout flickers or doesn't work at all after 5 min of the car being turned on. I also have the same brand and style for the water temp, and it has the same issue...

The gauge of the wires is really tiny
The gauge of the wires coming out of the gauge is even smaller than they recommend in the instructions, which doesn't make very much sense.

Looks good when it on
It would've got 5 stars, but when it arrived, it did not have the decal on the back where the cylinder switch is, showing 4, 6, or 8 cylinder. I got lucky and guessed right on where the switch should be set on. Very happy on how it looks when it's on. It's very bright so I have to keep the day and night settings at 1, the dimmest setting. It looks and works great though.

Poorly engineerd product
I installed this on my 1990 Chevy K3500. Everything went together fine only to find out the needle was jumping all over the place. The fix? Buy an extra filter that is not included with the kit. Totally lame.I also found the rubber dial inside to set thr cylinder count to be flimsy.Update 11/20: I ordered the filter they recommended and it did absolutely nothing. The tach is jumping all over the place. Reducing the review to 1 star.
