I researched for sometime looking for a high quality, high potent CLA product. I have tried numerous brands with less than acceptable results if any at all. I came across Mesomorph Labs from quite a few customers that were on the same journey of finding a premium CLA product on Amazon. I'm so glad that I read the reviews about this company and their product. I was convinced that this one might work. I purchased the product March 22, 2015 but did not begin taking them until April 14th, 2015. I started with a personal trainer April 15th, 2015, started taking 2 gelatin capsules in the morning and 2 in the evening consistently. I am happy to report from my weigh in and follow up measurement session today, I have lost 5lbs and 2 inches in 14 days!!!! I have found a must have for CLA products in my vitamin regime daily. I really am pleased with my results in such a short amount of time. Thank you Mesomorph Labs for providing consumers with top quality products. You have no idea how pleased I am with this product. The only bad thing is my daughters ages 23 and 21 have begun taking them as well and its definitely not what I expected to happen to my prescribed1st bottle so fast! If you have not tried Mesomoph CLA 2000, you are punishing yourself. THIS CLA works!!! I wish that I could test some of their other products and give a review, that would be awesome. I received my order in one day. So I began taking the product that night. I had taken CLA years ago and the most I would take would be 500mg a day. I took it as directed 2 softgels (3000) at breakfast and 2 (3000) at dinner. I weighed in at 166.3 I now weigh as of this morning the day of this review (post labor day meal) 163.8. So I have lost weight which is my goal. I began taking them with the Carnitine 1500 2 capsules the same time as the CLA 3000. The combination of the two was too much for me personally. I take other supplements as well including superfoods, so I backed off the Carnitine to 1 tab for now daily.This is what I experienced: Without taking the CLA 3000's, I wouldn't have lost the weight. I noticed that it allowed me not to gain when I normally would. That means I maintained even lost weight steadily. I spaced the softgels out to 4 times a day because I take other supplements. I don't like taking pills to two at a time doesn't work for me because my heart isn't in it to swallow a lot of pills at one sitting. Spreading them out works better for me.I could have lost more weight but there are days when I couldn't get to the gym, and I just had to have my pizza. I am happy with my results thus far. I have high blood pressure, so I need a supplement that doesn't give me the shakes. This doesn't. I am also loosing inches. I also have more energy. I don't feel sluggish like I used to. I am not taking any other weightloss supplements except CLA 3000 and CARNITINE 1500. I have been trying to loose weight for a while now. This time a see results, before I didn't.The price is very affordable@ 16.88. I recommend this product to anyone wanting to loose weight without the jitters. I am 58 years old, and active.
