Taste is good I was told.
This was a gift so I did not try. My buddy said he liked the taste but not as intense as he expected. I imagine if you don't like the intensity of caffeine, this one's for you.

Pump powder
Bought this for my late night workouts and when ever I need a little extra pump. Easy to stack with other pre workouts. Not bad nothing crazy the flavor is good easy on the stomach I've taken it before some mountian bike jump sessions and have been good.

CT Fletcher doesn't make this
CT says he has no control over this brand now and you can tell by the lack of intensity in the preworkout. It sucks. I literally took 3 scoops and felt nothing on a nearly empty stomach. Stuff is weak do not waste your time. Take his name off this stuff.

Taste is good. Price isn't too bad but might be a little under doses. Not as good as hemoval.

Pumped Full Of Disappointment
Honestly, after trying various pump enhancers, I have to say this CT Fletcher version did absolutely nothing for me. No added endurance, no pump increase, no focus, just disappointment.If you're a fan, and want to support him, feel free. But if you're serious about lifting and want what these are SUPPOSED to provide, I suggest looking elsewhere....

This product works, just add caffeine powder to it and you're good to go or don't still works!
CT fletchers products are my go to when it comes to using simple yet affective ingredients to help me blast through my workouts!!
