When I received the product I was very excited and want to give it a try immediately. Once I lift it you could tell it is heavy and durable but that's only the exterior and the interior which disappointed me. The hopper is very hard to screw back on, you need to play with it until you find the right spot, and that's the first thing I don't like about this product. And the second things are the burr, it was not even balance there a big gap which you could see with your naked eyes. And last the third, it was only short period of use and the knob on the handle just snap off. I was turning it and all of the sudden it snap the knob have detach from the handle, and I was thinking are this suppose to be made out of steel how could it broke so easily. The only reason I give it 2 star because its a stainless steel burr which last a lifetime compare to ceramic.I’m adding 2 more star because of their costumer services. Once they saw my review they contact me from email and offer me a free grinder. I was happy that they do take attention to consumers reviews, but anyway in conclusion the grinder has the same problem that I mention earlier, which is there’s a gap in between the burr, this could result an uneven grind. But at this price you could get a stainless steel burr I think it’s a fare price. I’m hope in the future they could improve their product.

The grinder when first started using was perfect but now for some reason even after cleaning it squeaks every time I use it. The noise it makes is very annoying so Im wondering if there is some solutions for this issue?

This small unit is fine if you're grinding coffee for one and you have about ten minutes to grind. The unit does not come with instructions so you have to find what adjustment is going to get you the grind you need by trial and error. The unit is nicely made and nice to look at and it's easy to clean so you always have a clean machine and no old oily grounds when you want to grind the next batch of beans. There were no mechanical or quality problems with this unit which is very durable and I expect it will outlast me.

The quality of the grinder is excellent. Only downside is the time it takes me to grind enough coffee to make espresso.

This is an unsolicited and uncompensated honest review and I paid full price for this product. So I've had this grinder for a week and very happy with the improved quality of my morning cup of joe. It takes approximately out one minute of churning to produce one spoon of coffee which depending on your preference can be used to brew 1-2 cups. Defective product ,won't grind evenly. Nut loosens as i grind causing the burr to grind coarse instead of fine and unevenly.It seems as though one of the anchor welds is broken inside the grinder that holds the burr centered in place.. Big disappointment. Made in China- It figures. Returned to Amazon.

I have been searching for a grinder that works well when grinding pills. This is all stainless steel metal and seems to do the job really well. It does gum up from the plastic coating on the pills, but it comes apart easily and cleans up well. I have taken it apart a few times since I purchased it and it cleaned up with soap and water. I let it air dry and it is ready to use again in a day or so.
