Cervical Pillow for Neck Support (60 * 35 * 9/11cm)

I've had neck pains for quite a while now. Every morning I wake up, if I looked down, it would hurt. So I decided to buy this pillow to see if it would help. First, you should know that you need to give this pillow 5-7 days for it to start "working." In fact, it might be hard to get used to this pillow at first if you only used normal pillows like I have. But I decided to give it a shot and used it. The first day, didn't really feel a big difference when it comes to a reduction in pain or an increase in comfort. But as the days went by, especially by the 3rd day, your body gets used to this pillow, and it sort of starts to feel really good. By the 5th day, you should see a significant difference after you wake up and how comfortable it is. By the 7th day, my neck pain was completely gone! No where to be seen. Thank goodness!!! The big hump is where you place your neck, so the big hump should face your feet. Your head will droop down a tiny bit because of the curve of the pillow and your neck will hug the big hump. The pillow at first might feel firm, but this foam relaxes due to body heat, so the longer you stay on it, the softer it gets and it will cradle your neck. In the morning, once you get up, the pillow is pretty much back to it's original self. Now, I can't imagine sleeping on another pillow because this feels so good. This is great for people who sleep on their back (like me) or side sleepers. This is NOT recommended for people who sleep on their stomachs, I read that these types of pillows will cause more problems then solve if you sleep on your stomach. Overall, excellent product, highly recommended, worth every single penny!
