Works very well, but I wouldn't call it a vacuum...it cleans by means of rotating brushes that sweep up debris.I have not used other robot vacuums, so I cannot compare it to the others, but this one does a good job.We especially like it because it gets under the couch, bed, etc.We have a dog and cat - they don't shed too heavily, but what they do, it picks up fine.We use it primarily on tile floors. After using it on short pile carpeting, I've decided using a standard vacuum is better.Runs quite a while on a single charge.I am a bit concerned about customer support if/when something on it needs replacing. Their US "headquarters" is in an apartment building in NY Cirty...They don't have a website and looks like the only way to contact them is through Amazon.

1 month updateHad it do a spot treatment on my tile kitchen floor, outward spiral. After that tried to have it do a regular pattern and only went in circles. Right wheel had stopped working entirely. Tried finding info to contact seller for tech support, or replacement parts, but there were none. Found a could contact seller through Amazon messaging, but couldn't send video due to Amazon policy. Called Amazon support got a full refund, of the Black Friday price I paid. Not sure if I'll repurchase this one.1 week after purchase. Works really well for the most part. He'll keep going and going and going until the battery dies.We swept by hand, and then had Bob(cleaning robot) go around the kitchen. I was amazed how much it picked up after we had swept. However, because of how he sweeps he'll hit the same spot several times and other spots not at all. I found for our kitchen it's best if I have him do the perimeter, and then put him in the middle of the kitchen and set him to spot clean. The tile and wood floors even have a little bit of a Sheen to them after he sweeps.We have a couple thin rugs that I thought it would be able to get on top of without problem, but can't get up on it or gets stuck every time. If he does manage to get on top of the rugs he does a very good job of cleaning them.When using the mop function it's still sweeps which is good. It won't Mop as good as you will, but still gives it a nice clean look. It won't scrub a particular spot if it's got a speck of food stuck to the floor or something, but leaves an even better Sheen after mopping than when he sweeps.When he's going straight he pulls to the left a little more. So when he's doing a perimeter he starts to trail away from the wall, maybe there's a simple fix for this I haven't found yet.I would love to have $1,000 Rumba, but just can't justify the amount. Price to value, this thing is absolutely worth it.

Best purchase ever!!! Fast delivery, everything was fine. I put it to work right away. Gave it a name though too... I was so hesitant to get one; now I don't even know how I could live without one. Cleans like a pro. Dog hair, my long hair, sand and all kind of dirt we and the dogs drag inside. The only thing you have to be careful with are mirror like surfaces (shiny, silver like surface). It seems it confuses the sensors and it does not work it's program anymore. Just noticed it when it ran over the base of my barstools. It kind of acted drunk... Not a big deal. I switched it off and on again and it worked fine again. Who ever thinks about to get one; DO IT! It is not noisy at all and it does not even spook the dogs.

Really wanted this to work. Looks cool and desperately needed, but charged it several times to the recommended amount and it would never work once it left the charging base. Device even said fully charged each time. Sending it back. Not sure if I'm going to purchase this one again or go with a different company. It appears I'm not the first person to leave this type of review.I can't leave a review on the performance of a device that actually works, only my experience of it never working.

It has gotten stuck on my bar stools (once). I've had it for about 3 weeks. It works excellent! Both the sweeping and mopping modes. Make sure you clean the hair out from underneath -wheels are easy to remove.

I purchased this as a Christmas gift for my wife. It worked well about 3 or 4 times before it broke. We have wood floors so it wasn't having to work very hard, but alas....It's a piece of junk and can't even handle wood floors. Luckily Amazon made it very easy to return this defective paper weight, so thank you Amazon. Do yourself a favor and STAY AWAY from this item.

It works and of course has its own personality. Love the apps it has for the controls.

No support or troubleshooting for this product. It is stuck in spot cleaning mode on a hardwood floor and won’t reset. Intstuction booklet does not come with support email address or telephone number, and the few troubleshooting tips do not address this problem. Return window just passed a couple of weeks ago. I used it maybe 8 times before it’s little brain went haywire. Expensive lesson for me.
