A Product With Potential
Edit: 8-14-2019:The seller graciously reached out to me after reading my review and was very responsive to what I had to say. They agreed that the listing needed updated to better help buyers as some of the info and pics were outdated. They also added that my issues about the portable charger were valid and they would work harder to improve it. Overall I'm pleased that we were able to communicate and come to a solution that benefits the both of us. I think they have a very good product here that simply needs some tweaking. As I said in my original review, "The concept is great but the execution needs major improvement".Because I believe that this is a product with potential and the seller seems keen to keep improving it I'm changing my rating. Whilst my issues are still warranted, they are being addressed.OG Review: I'm very disappointed in this travel wallet with phone charger. I was very excited to see something that I could possibly use as a travel wallet and a day wallet that could accommodate my very large phone. And while it can with just enough wiggle room to zip it closed, there are a bunch of other problems. The biggest problem is the charger that comes with the case. It's different from the ones in the reviews. It is geared towards iPhone users. What I mean by that is the attached charging cord is a lightning port for iPhones. Now in the listing's pictures and in the reviews I read, it appears that the cord is a micro USB and it comes with an adapter for iPhones. However, the adapter is a USB type c BUT it's not for the attached cord to the charger. No, it is for the little extra micro USB cord that comes with the case to charge the battery. You then have to use that to plug into the battery and then into your phone. I realize I should have asked beforehand or done some extra digging to find out what exactly it comes with. The wording in the listing is a little too ambiguous as to which adapter is which. I had assumed based on the listing info, pics, and reviews that the battery had an attached micro USB (with adapter for iPhones) and I could just toss one of my USB type C adapters in the wallet. So that was very, very disappointing to find out. It essentially makes the battery useless to me because I don't want to carry around extra cords to use what is supposed to be a slim, portable charger. I already have one that is similar that comes exactly like I described. In fact, it's slimmer and has more power. I could use that one instead but why would I pay $38 (plus the price of my own charger) for something I can't fully use? Not everyone uses an iPhone. This is a crucial aspect of the product that should be more clearly advertised.Second problem, still related to the battery, is that NONE of my wall chargers are compatible with it. When I tried to charge the battery, nothing happened. I thought maybe I got a dud battery. So I tried another cable. No charge. Another wall charger. Nothing. Yet a different cable and wall charger. Nope. Since I had the above mentioned battery charger of my own close by I tried that. It worked. Strange but at least I knew it wasn't my cables and wall chargers that were the problem. Still curious I plugged the cable that comes with the case into one of my wall chargers and that too worked. So I either charge the portable battery with another portable battery or I have to keep that teeny, tiny cord with me at all times. I should be able to charge the battery with my own cables. After all that mess with the battery I decided I should just use my similar battery instead. That frees up some space, don't have to have that teeny cable with me, and I can use the pen loop for a pen and the stylus that goes with my phone. Except I can't. The stretch material that the loop is made out of is so thin that neither pen nor stylus will stay attached. They all slide out and I could possibly lose them every time I open the case. The pens I could care less about but not the stylus. That costs more than this case to replace. So there goes my hope of using it as a day wallet by switching out my passport with a note pad which was one of the two main reasons I bought the case. What sucks the most is that I really do like the case itself and with my own battery I'm able to shove my stylus in the same pocket that holds it so at least I can have that with me. I guess I could toss a cheap pen in there and replace it if it falls out. But all that makes me think why keep this? It's an expensive wallet case that I can't fully use and I have to make major compromises just to make it functional. Also of note, if you use a case on your phone, even a super slim one, it will make it a lot harder to get your phone in and out. Plus it makes me question how long the elastic bands that keep your phone in place will last before breaking or lose their effectiveness.I will most likely return it for these reasons if the fact that it's the only case I can find of its kind that will fit my phone doesn't sway me.The concept is great but the execution needs major improvement. I'd advise offering a better portable charger with two options, one for iPhones and one for phones that use a micro USB with an added USB type C adapter. That way people won't need to have extra cables with them at all times if they don't want to.

A little bulky
Though it was bulky the design was great. I wished that the case was more like a fanny pack

Doesn’t work/was later replaced
Unfortunately, it was over a month after buying this that I went on a trip and realized it didn’t work. I charged it but it doesn’t give charge to my phone. I’m basically in New York City without a phone half of the day. Not only am I out the $40, but I am unable to get directions, look for restaurants, etc for a lot of my trip. I hope my review will save someone from a similar experience or at least encourage you to test it before the return period expires.Update: the seller sent me a new battery pack that works. My advice would be to test this before you go on a trip. I will never get back those three days in New York with all-day use of my cell phone, but I appreciate that the seller tried to rectify the situation after the fact.

Great company, great gift
I got this for my wife for Christmas and it was a big hit. There was a little hiccup when she thought the power bank would t charge but after contacting the company it turned out to be user error. They were very quick to respond and extremely helpful.

We bought 2 of these as gifts for our friends. Both have started using them on a daily basis and not just for travel. Have no idea of their durability but our friends love them!

Good quality and well designed.
This item is of good quality and well designed, but for me was a little to large for my needs so I did not keep it. I think for most users it would be fine, my need was specific.
