Some assembly (and precaution) required.
The item arrived with the bulb loose inside the housing. I had to open the cover and install the bulb. Easy. Once reassembled, I turned it on and received a painful 110V shock while touching the housing and my server rack at the same time. I turned it back off and looked inside again. The ground wire was just cut off at the base, which is clearly why I became the ground when touching the rack and the electrified housing. The push-on electrical connectors on the back of the switch were all very wobbly and loose, and the hot was pushed down so far that it was touching the housing, despite the plastic insulator that should have prevented it. Yikes. I adjusted the connectors and crimped them tight to the posts, and that resolved the issue. The light is now installed and working great, and it's exactly what I was looking for, so I won't be returning it. Would I recommend it? Sure, but only if you're OK with giving it a simple electrical checkup before using it.

Provides enough light to hook up gear inside a 19 inch rack.

Worked well above the punch pannel to see what I'm doing back there. Could be brighter but was sufficient for my application.
