There are four or five flavors flavors of Forto with Mocha and Vanilla the best. The Hershey's chocolate is too sweet and the Espresso is too bitter.You get a nice little coffee buzz, call it an "energy boost" and it tastes great. I usually leave a few cartons in the refrigerator, slam down one before going to the gym and Hoo Yah... 50 one-handed pushups while hanging from the TRX with a 100 pound weight in the other hand. OK I lied but try it, you'll like it.
