I hurt my achilles tendon while unloading and moving furniture during my move. It had been tender and swollen for 2 weeks when I purchased this brace. Wearing daily after just 3 days the swelling nearly completely subsided and at this point swelling is gone and I'm nearly (about 85% painless)It isn't constricting and while sturdy isn't bulky- I can wear it with sock and shoes!

One of the best wraps I’ve ever used & bought. I recently fractured my ankle so I need a lot of support on there. This wrap gives just that & it’s extremely durable . I really didn’t need the 2pcs but I can appreciate that it came that way.

This is very supportive as long as you don’t wear it too long. I can’t use it for any rigorous physical activity like playing tennis as the edge starts to dig into the skin after a few minutes. I was able to wear it during a one hour shopping session with my wife but my arch started to hurt a bit. Wearing the support around the house actually is the perfect use for this as it minimizes ankle movement and the compression helps with circulation, again, as long as you don’t wear them too long.

I severely sprained my ankle 6 weeks ago and am experiencing a very slow heal time. This brace helps support the ankle and offers some pain relief. I have to say that I love it and I am happy with the purchase and would recommend to anyone who has a sprain.

This has really helped. My left ankle is weak (too many years and too fat) and my foot tried to turn to the side and hurt after a long walk.With this support things aren't perfect, but they are much better.I gave it 4 stars because:1. It took a while to figure out how to put it on. It's also hard to put on and get tight - I keep sliding out of the chair and my pant leg gets in the way. All solvable.2. It only works with my tennis shoes because it adds too much bulk for my foot to fit in my walking shoes or dress shoes. This is mostly OK as I can use my tennis shoes for any long walks although I would have like the other support of my walking shoes.

I had high hopes for this product as I figured it would be easier to get on/off my sprained ankle than a compression sleeve. The product itself seems of good quality and well made, but the "one size" does not apply to my small foot. (I wear a size 5.) I spent 20 minutes trying a variety of wrapping options but could never get rid of the extra bulge from the foot strap that had about 2" too much material. The wide straps also cut into the instep of my foot, as I was not able to wrap it around the ankle without also covering over the instep.

I’ve been having problems with my ankle and my orthopedic Dr gave me a brace that wouldn’t let me wear shoes. I needed something I could at least use wearing sneakers so I found this item on Amazon. I love the way it controls the movement of my ankle when I walk. And you can adjust these braces however you want them. Sometimes I need the brace to be tight and sometimes not so tight. Either way it works well for me. And I can wear shoes when I go out! This is well worth give it a try. And the price is awesome for a pair of ankle braces!And really you could probably use these for more than the ankle, I just haven’t had an opportunity to try!

I had a very old ankle support designed like this which is no longer available. I have been looking for similar one for a long time. The type that have a second loop around the ankle just don't work for me- much too tight! These are perfect - both very comfortable and very supporting. I plan to buy another pair to keep in my car for when I need them unexpectedly. Thanks so much.
