This bra has absolutely no support. I'm a 36C and I was hoping to wear it for yoga but there is no compression. Same as wearing no bra at all. The back design is pretty but not for doing any type of exercise in.

This is my all time favorite sports bra I've ever owned. So comfortable with just enough padding.
