Samsung Galaxy Tab S3 9.7-Inch, 32GB Tablet Black, SM-T820 (Renewed)

I purchased this for my daughter as a gift. When it arrived, a small portion of the tablet did not read the pen. I texted the company, as suggested with the card provided and they immediately sent another pen (as this seemed logical bc the tablet was fine with our fingers). The pen was received immediately. Sadly It did not work and they sent out a new tablet ,also immediately.Customer Service was professional, kind and took care of it with no hassle. My daughter loves the tablet, its features, quality, and overall function. Will def highly recommend this company and their products. I cannot boast enough about this company.

This renewed tablet was in excellent Like new condition and worked great. I highly recommend it.

Before you read this. I am a real person. Not a jerk. Why the one star?Not because of the tablet. Tablet is great. Beautiful nice and light and everything you want. A refurbished that is new and works well.The issue is with the s pen. And this was a minor issue. The nib, the thing at the tip of the pen was bent and no replacement was provided.I thought okay, let me look up the cost and I can ask the seller to discount the difference.Seller never picked up my call. Left multiple voicemails and emails. It was to the point where it was principle and not the nib for me.But hey, it was a refurbish. Cool. The one star is for the really bad customer service. I gave up asking and now its payback time. Here is your one star and i wouldn't buy from the seller again.Don't buy their stuff, or buy new.

Was not expecting the speed I get from it. It's not lightning fast like a phone or tablet nowadays, but it's really good. I charge it a little here and there. The screen is lovely. I also love its pen. It is worth every dollar.

I purchased 2 of the renewed Galaxy Tab S3 and was very suprised when they arrived about a week early. They came reset, in working order, AND EVEN HAD SCREEN PROTECTORS PRE-INSTALLED. Very happy with my purchase.The only irk I have is they didn't come with the S-pen mentioned in the description. Not a big deal, but it was part of the "About this Product" section of the listing.I would still most definitely buy through this seller again.

Nowhere on the ad does it say you could receive a Verizon tablet. I purposely looked for one that does not say Verizon, because I don't like the extra software that you can't uninstall added to it. Also there's a notification that I can't dismiss about needing a SIM card. It's not enough of a bother for me to return it and wait forever to get another one, but not what I wanted.Misleading listing. Aside from that, the tablet works well and the s pen is good. So if you don't mind getting a Wi-Fi only or a Verizon tablet, this would be a good buy. If you do mind, maybe try somewhere else.

I just received this (renewed) galaxy tab S3 tablet . I must say so far I am very impressed with the quality and great cosmetic condition it is in . It showed up on time and very well packaged and included all accessories that it had when it was new ( charger and S pen) and so far seem very nice . Worth the price. I'm very happy with my purchase . The screen is vivid and bright also pretty quick for a 4 year old tablet and good cameras . Thank you Amazon renewed . I will be buying more Amazon renewed items in the future . Good experience. 5 stars.
