These work great and definitely add a level of comfort to your workout.

These pull up handles work as described. Years of pull ups have made my bicep susceptible to strain when I use my weight belt to add additional resistance. These grips make using a regular pull up bar so much better for focusing on my back instead of bi's. I have also been using a single handle to do some 'waiter curls' with an Olympic plate. These were an easy addition to hit new areas of the back and other muscles.

I found these pull-up handles per the advice of "Bob & Brad" on YouTube as an alternative to a traditional pull-up bar. I was getting a lasting pain in my left forearm from doing pull-ups on a traditional pull-up bar and had to stop doing them as a result. Not only that, I had to wear gloves when doing pull-ups on a traditional bar as the bar would chew-up my hands.After using these Lara Star handles for a few weeks, I think they're great! They are very comfortable in my rather large hands, they allow my forearms and rotate so as to not cause pain, and they don't chew-up my hands. Not only that, they come with a little bag and are easily portable... I could take them on vacation and strap them onto any horizontal bar for "pull-ups on the go"! Granted, I still hate doing pull-ups, but these handles are the best and cheapest fitness investment I've made in a long time.
