The coconut was very very good and came as delivered as promised. Delicious products. I made candy with it and also added it to some ice cream

The best dehydrated coconut I've found. I use it make coconut milk and to me it tastes really similar to fresh coconut, while the other dried coconut products I tried have a bland flavor.

I was drawn to this product by what I consider to be its superior nutritional specs, such as carbs, its organic certification and how it’s processed. I keep ordering it because it arrives promptly, has a fresh aroma, taste and consistency, and it toasts beautifully. It is pricey, however. Otherwise, I’d give it 5 stars all day long.

The quality and care they put into the processing (wash with filtered water, no chemicals or preservative, low heat drying) makes a big difference in taste, texture and nutritional quality. I made coconut milk out of mine and it was as good as raw. Even compared to other organic brands, and I've tried (and liked!) many, these stand out for quality.

Is not a coconut flakes, more shredded very very small. No good for cookies.But the taste is wonderful. I will eat it with yogurt.

I put it in our families morning oatmeal daily. It's a good product. It's fresh and smells lovely.

The convenient zipper seal would not seal back up. Had to put it in another container....
