This is just what I was looking for.
Since going vegan, I wanted to know the nutrition values in the various foods I was now eating to make sure I was getting what I needed. I looked at several images online to find one that I could print out. None of them had everything I was looking for. I saw this in an ad that popped up, probably from my search tracking, but was excited to see this. It is exactly what I was looking for. I bought one for my daughter too.
