This product is great! I use it for runs that range from 6 miles to 13 miles. I use to run with a hydration belt and dealt with the constant bouncing, which was annoying but I needed the water. After I discovered this I will never go back to a belt. If you drink a lot of water than this is not for you, but if you only need enough to wash down some running beans or a quick splash this is perfect. During races there are always water stops if you need more.

Works great when you take the time to follow the directions and try it before a big run or race. I think the people with bad reviews about the bit valve falling off did not take the time with it. It's pretty intuitive from the way it works if you bite hard on it while yanking your arm away you are going to pull the bit valve off and the water going to all come out. Its pretty ingenious to be able to carry water in a fast run without it hindering your run much.

This is a very useful product for runners. It is comfortable, and I use it quite frequently. It does not hold a lot of water, 7.5oz., but it is great on either shorter runs in hot weather or on long runs when I know I have access to water during the runs to refill. I have tried vests, belts and handhelds, and while they are the necessary choice for some events, I don't find any of these to be entirely comfortable. Vests add to body heat, belts are constricting, and I don't like carrying bottles in my hands when running. Wearing water on your arm, hands-free, with the Hydrosleeve is a great option. Thanks for making this product!If possible at all, please offer an additional size of this product, holding a larger amount of water. Great product and customer service! I strongly recommend this product!

My mom is a runner. Not like a bs runner, like a "marathons are no issue and I run them for fun and without even really trying" kind of runner. I don't have that in me, but whatever. My mom is a great runner, but she sucks at staying hydrated. She won't take a water bottle with her because she doesn't want to hold anything. We got her this for Christmas and it's been great knowing she won't pass out in the middle of nowhere due to not drinking any dang water. Seriously mom, drink water! I know you're reading this!

Ran a relay this weekend during the heat. Leaked everywhere. Did not get to drink much out of it due to leaking.

It works okay. It rubs the inside of my arm. It can make it pretty sore for long runs. It slides a little as well.
