Has all the amino acids and vitamins you need to stay healthy
I'm getting up there in years now and I need a protein supplement. I've taken supplements ever since I was younger. I always look at the amino acid profile and the vitamin profile they're not all made the same. And where they get their products it's they're not all created equal. I like the taste of this product I'm not a big fan of artificial sugars but this one tastes very good. Mixes easily as others you need a blender.

Great product; Great Value
I've tried several different Creatine powder products and keep coming back to this one. Packing is perfect and the product stirs into drinks better than others I have used. Also one of the least expensive which makes it nice as well. Thumbs up on this one.

Good stuff in lots of ways
It’s fine. Does what it’s supposed to. It would be nice if they could tape the scoop to the lid or something. It’s quite messy to dig for it.Update: there are little fibers or hairs in it. The first one I thought could be from me but a couple days later, found another one then another.

Great Creatine
This is my go to creatine. I really like this brand and its my go too. It doesn't have any flavor too it, but can give a slight chalky taste if not mixed in with enough liquid.

Definitely helped me with gains
I’ve been using this Creatine Monohydrate Powder for a few weeks now, and I’m really impressed with the results! The unflavored version is perfect because I can easily mix it with my pre-workout or protein shake without any weird aftertaste.I’ve definitely noticed an improvement in my strength and endurance, and I’ve been able to push through tougher workouts with more energy. I have definitely built a more muscle and now I need a break bc I don't wanna build anymore.I feel like it’s really helped with muscle building and recovery. For the price and the quality, it’s a fantastic product.
