It seems to hold up. I'd rather eat off of this than aluminum or plastic. It's just not enough surface for anything but an appetizer or dessert.

how deep is this tray

I would say it has a normal deept as any other little tray, and holds my mouthwash dispenser, the little cup for the dispenser and my toothpicks cup.

What grade of stainless steel is this?

Not really sure of how to answer this but they are great material. Has a little weight to it so that’s a plus. I love them and will definitely be purchasing more 👍🏽🥰

Will it hold up to heat, say a blue flame for instance?

Not sure about the blue flame. But I use them for custom orders In which I use resin on. They have done the job for me 👍🏽🥰
