These tablets really work. I’ve had hair loss as I’ve gotten older. Taking these supplements make a visible difference in the health and look of my hair.

I cannot answer how effectively these pills work to re-grow hair, as I have only been using them for a couple weeks. However, if they work, three people will be happy campers as my husband and I as well as my 33 year old son are taking these to re-grow hair.

Really works on hair growth

One of the best hair vitamins for use that can't take biotin, or biotin breaks us out. Finally got 1 inch of growth in a month, normally my hair doesn't grow in a month or I only get 1/4 an inch. This helped me a lot with my Fine Thin 4A Natural Hair. I also had to do a YouTube review on it!!

These tablets are a simple way to help with thinning hair, decrease shedding and give the hair more body. The tablets need to be taken regularly to notice improvement.

I've been using this product for about a month now and have noticed some improvements. The biggest and most visible improvement is with my nails. My nails are much stronger and longer - like they were when I was in my twenties. I bought this product for my thinning hair. I'm thin in my bang area, temples and crown, as well as patchy areas in the back of my head. I'm a pitta-kapha and have been battling hair loss for a couple of years. I've tried many, many hair vitamins and topical treatments. I also bought the healthy hair oil and use it as a pre-shampoo treatment. I have noticed very subtle improvements in my hair, but I have a long way to go. I know hair recovery takes a lot longer than nails. There was a small area along my hairline that was almost bald and it is now a little less noticeable. I plan to continue to use this product because I feel like it's also balancing my pitta - I deal with pretty bad night sweats and they have been better since taking this product - not completely gone -but much, much better.

I have been taking one of these pills every day since August (probably 70 days now). I have also been fooling around with scalp/hair oiling and just lots of extra hair care, careful drying, leave-in conditioners, but suddenly it occurred to me the one thing which has probably done the most work on this shiny, growing-growing-growing head of hair is what I have been putting in my mouth. Not bad.Ok, this is a week after I wrote the review ^ but I have got to add: my husband noticed & commented on all the new hair around my hairline. A husband who didn't even notice the time I got eyelash extensions or never noticed a billion things around the house or on the kids or on his calendar.
