This has a great lather and terrific smell. Works really well on my hair. Once it gets on the smaller size, it tends to break into pieces. They are still usable but awkward. Otherwise, love it.

This is the best shampoo I've used. Two rubs around d my head and I have more lather than I can use. Rinses well,smells good and hair is as clean as any other product. My wife actually used this as a body wash as well

I like this bar for traveling but not necessarily daily use. I tend to switch shampoos every other day to prevent buildup from certain products. My 2nd purchase of the mint one can in crumbled pieces.

It smells nice, cleans hair, and lasts a long time. For my hair, this made it "squeaky clean" maybe like a clarifying shampoo does? I use semi permanent color on my hair and it worked just as well as any other shampoo. It didn't strip the shine or color. I like that there's no plastic waste. One bar lasted me at least 3 months of daily use. I'm writing this review 5 months after I bought it so it might've actually lasted 4 months of daily use.

this is a gem and there’s no plastic bottle… i have mostly gray untreated hair and this shampoo is wonderful. It smells good and lathers great… leaving my hair really clean… will buy again

This is the best of 3 shampoo bars I have tried. Lathers great! I use it as shampoo, body wash, and face wash. The bar does not last very long, but then again, it works great. It leaves my hair a bit dryer than the liquid shampoo I have been using for years and years, so I rub a very little bit of conditioner from another bar to make my hair sit as it used to with the liquid shampoo.

I’m sensitive to perfume and this smells like natural mint. No fake chemical smell.My hair is really shiny and squeaky clean without feeling stripped.

Love how much this lathers, most bars are hard to work up to. Smells great.

I ordered this shampoo bar for two main reasons:1. To reduce plastic waste associated with regular bottles of shampoo and2. To reduce the weight of a shampoo bottle in my luggage when travelingThe first thing I noticed when I opened the small cardboard box it arrived in was the nice, pleasant scent. It is not too strong so it can be packed amongst my luggage without worrying that it will scent everything it is close to.I was amazed at how quickly it lathered up when I used it and I was able to put the bar aside very quickly and concentrate on washing my hair. This means I will not use much with each shampoo of my hair and it will last me a long time. It rinsed out cleanly without leaving my hair feeling sticky. Once my hair was dry, it felt very soft which was a pleasant surprise for me as my hair is usually quite wiry feeling.I am very happy that this bar came from a Canadian company and happy that they are offering products that can reduce the amount of plastics going into our environment. The bar is also Free from SLS, Parabens, Phthalates and other harmful ingredients, a fact for which I am very grateful.Overall, I am very pleased with this product and will definitely buy it again.

This if my first ever shampoo and conditioner bars, so while I can't compare to other bars, I can to regular bottled product.For the record, I have fine, long, straight hair. Roots to midshaft is virgin hair, midshaft to ends is bleached and has been a variety of colours. It is currently all washed out and a bit dry. Of course results will vary depending on your hair type and condition.The shampoo lathers up well, but I did have to pick it up and lather it a few times to make sure my entire scalp had suds.Hair is legit squeaky clean; so much so that I couldn't rake my fingers through the roots after rinsing. This isn't my favourite feeling, but I do acknowledge that it is clean.The conditioner bar is indeed small - about half the size of the shampoo bar so I'm doubtful this will last as long as they say. It is also a bit difficult to get much product into my hair. As it is conditioner, it doesn't lather like shampoo, so I did struggle to get a good amount of the product into my hair, and when I finally stopped trying, it didn't feel like much was in there. Luckily it dried well, so it's just a matter of deconditioning (pun absolutely intended) myself to regular conditioner.Post shower, hair felt really limp, but I can't say this is due to the shampoo or conditioner.I airdry my hair, and this is usually where I measure a product's worth. It dried beautifully! Silky and shiny. Not a lot of body or volume, but that's not what this product is for so I can't fault it.Results may vary depending on how you wash your hair too, of course. I shampoo only the roots and condition only the midshaft to ends. I also try to rinse in lukewarm water to keep the scalp and porous bleached ends from drying out.Both scents are pleasant and not overpowering. Neither really linger post-shower. I usually like for my hair to smell like my conditioner after my hair has dried, but I'm not upset that this product's scent doesn't stay in my hair.

This is a great bar of shampoo. I was looking to cut down on my plastics and have something that I can take travelling, to the gym and use at home. I had used a different bar before and the lather was nothing to write home about and my hair felt .. different than normal. I was not sure what to expect with this bar but wow. Great scent. The lather is amazing and my hair is soft and manageable. I use to need conditioner, but I really have no need for it now. The shampoo doesn't strip your hair and just leaves a great clean feeling behind.

I waited to make my review so I could see if it was worth it. For context, my hair is really long (past butt lenth) and quite thick, I wash once or twice a week. This shampoo lasted me exactly 5 months.It has a great lather, and my hair always feels SO clean and soft afterwards. The smell is great and not overwhelming.The shampoo I typically buy is $16/bottle and 1 bottle typically would last a month. So it's an easy decision for me to switch over completely for myself and my family.The conditioner surprisingly has probably another 2 or so weeks out of it. Which is surprising since typically I would go through that WAY faster with my previous conditioner. I will say it feels and works a lot differently then liquid, and you have to work for it a bit more, but certainly does the trick!

I’ve been using bar shampoo for years and this one is now my favorite!Great for travel as well, as long as you don’t get your bar too wet.With this bar I just run it over my wet hair once or twice and put it back down - don’t bother wetting the whole bar first, no need!
