I can sleep again, and no leg cramps!
I was really struggling w bad leg cramps at nite and within a week of starting these (I take 2 every evening), they completely went away and have never returned. What more can I say? These saved my nights and I can’t recommend them enough!

It resolved fast.
This vitamin is wonderful for everyone. But specifically if you have hypothesis, most use it. But always remember to talk to your Doctor about it.

Wow. Works great
So I bought this because I watched some tik tok video and figured out which of the millions of different kinds of magnesium would benefit me. 61, post-menopausal female. I gotta tell you, I was a little moody, had zero energy and when I say zero I mean some days I would stay in bed til I had to go to work, and do that for a few days till had enough energy to cook and get things done. I take 1 of these when I eat lunch and it gives me lots of energy and mitigates my mood. I'm also not as hungry, I have plenty of energy and most of all I'm happier. I know alot of other women are in the same boat. Try these. I'll bet they help. Menopause is awful..and it lasts forever.. this at least helps alot.

TOO LARGE FOR ME
I'm sure these would probably be fine but they were too large for me to take. I bought 2 bottles and one bottle had never been opened but they would not let me return them. It still had all sealed packaging on it.

New to magnesium
I’ve started using a magnesium product for the first time ever and what a game changer this has bern for my sleep 😴 I’m one who suffers from chronic fatigue, pain and hormonal problems and this has given me such sweet relief without the runny side effects!! My teenage son started using this and I wish it was easier to get ahold of. Sometimes it’s in stock and sometimes it’s not why I need a refill. The blend of magnesium’s and L-theanine with potassium DOES NOT compare!! There isn’t anything ELSE like this on the market. Even my compound pharmacist was impressed!
