I love 4C gluten Bread crumbs. My grand daughter has celiacs and has to be very careful with Gluten. I now make our favorite meatloaf using the product. Even better than the Italian bread crumbs. I know use to shake and back on fish. Best product on the market wish it was in the markets here in So Calif.

I used these for chicken parm and they stuck very well when breading. The flavor was nice, not intrusive or overpowering. A good crunch when cooked. I will buy again.

I use these bread crumbs when cooking for my family, since my niece can't have gluten. They taste pretty darn good! You can really taste the pecorino romano, and that's a good thing since it's probably my favorite cheese. Keep in mind these don't taste like breadcrumbs exactly, but they are a good substitute. I've used them with stuffed mushrooms and breaded chicken cutlets. The cutlets in particular were fantastic.

The bread crumbs are my go to and they are a great substitute if you need a GF alternative. The only reason I deducted 1 star was because of the price. I just found these at a local grocery store for about $4 vs nearly $10 on Amazon.

These are hands down the best bread crumbs. I am the only gluten free person in my house. No one else can tell the difference. Love making meatballs and meatloaf with them.

I could never find seasoned bread crumbs before. I had to use gluten free bread crumbs that I seasoned.

I love these for coating Chicken. Only bought on Amazon as my local store was out. Nice and crispy when roasted on chicken. I wish there was a none seasoned variety however

the same product you can get in stores. However ay more expensive than at Walmart. It is too bad it has been out of stick at Walmart but I would say price wise its not great value but the product itself is great. If it was reduced slightly id give a 5 star. but based on the price its not a good buy.
