It's a small, cheap (but sturdy) garbage can. It is perfect for the bathroom. Looks nice too.

Not like the picture
I definitely think I received a different item. I ordered the black which looks matte in the picture, however, what I received is a very shiny black. It is also smaller than expected and a thin tin material which I can imagine will dent easily.
