Overall works well and nice - wish would get little hotter on top and be little bigger but it works just fine

The power cord is extremely short. The granite stone is difficult to clean and heavy. I recommend using foil on top of the stone. It is difficult to rotate the skewer to keep it at a steady position. Overall, it’s an average grill if you like cooking at the table.

Great product, but DEFINITELY not big enough for 8 people. Barely could keep up with 2.

This rachlette grill worked great for our Christmas celebration of 8 people! The granite stone top cooked the meat and veggies quickly and evenly while the cheese was melted to perfection. We look forward to using it again and again!!!

We used this for our Christmas dinner this year with traditional sausage, potatoes and Raclette cheese. It was a fun experience and everyone enjoyed themselves. We look forward for using it out back this summer for some interesting variations of a cookout.

I've always used the little burner ones before, but this electric one is great. It heats pretty evenly and cooks the food at a good speed. Sit back, sip some wine, and enjoy the evening with friends and family.

The quality is great and love that it came with skewers as well as all the regular things.

We now have 3...fantastic for entertaining!
