Not that great.
This is ok. It's a pretty color, but it's just a cotton cover with spikes over styrofoam. It's quite painful. I'm not that fond of it and don't think it's worth the money. Unfortunately, I didn't get it packed up in time to return it. It's hard to get back in the case as well without sticking yourself. It would be better in the car was made of a thinner slicker material instead of cotton.

I bought this without high expectations, but after one week of use, I have to say it is one of the best decisions I made. Using it once per day for 15 minutes, its similar to an acupuncture treatment.. It make all you back and neck muscles relax, and it a nice time to meditate. I give it 5 stars, Anyone who suffers from back or neck pain should give it a try. Very nice product at a very low costs compared to the benefits.

Right items for mah back pain !!!
It has thousands of acupressure points which helps me relieving those aches and my lower back pain, also the mat makes me feel better Every morning. Love it so very much !!!

Works for average back and neck pain.
I initially bought this for myself because I have chronic neck pain and thought it might help. It unfortunately didn't help me much however my husband tried it and found great relief. I think this works great for average back or neck pain which he had however if you have severe chronic pain like I do it was not so helpful.

My partner and I are now using this every night before bed. It puts me right to sleep- I LOVE IT. We use it on our back, arms, face, legs, everywhere. It's wonderful after a workout! The only complaint I have (and why I didn't give a full 5 stars) is due to the quality of the padding inside of it- I feel at the rate I use it that it will start folding/thinning very soon. I plan to replace the padding though, and the way it's designed makes it possible to do that.

I have chronic pain issues including RA and Fibromyalgia. My Fibro seems to settle in my shoulders, neck and back most. I bought these to see if they would help! I have heard great things about acupuncture but cannot always afford treatments so I thought this might be a good alternative. I have seen these type of mats for much higher price too. These are great and hte bonus pillow and bag are great additions. They are easy to use and there was no odor with them. The spikes feel sharp to my fingers but are not painful on my neck and back but it does take some getting used to! Totally worth it though for the relief felt. They help with the pain already and it has only been a few days. I am VERY happy with the mat and pillow. I would purchase again! I recommend these to anyone that would benefit from them!

The pressure is on in a good way
I have used acupressure for years for pain. I suffer from muscle pain sometimes and this mat is one thing I wanted to try for quite a while. I've used it a few times now and I can still feel the effects from using it two days ago. It helps to get the blood flowing and warm up the contact areas. It helps me to relax and feels very healing. It comes with the pillow which I like to place under it sometimes where the arch of the back is. It would be nice if it came with a small instruction sheet with the different positions but that was very easy to find on youtube and through google.It fits back beautifully into the bag so I really like that it can be put away.The bag is cute too and has a handle for carrying it or hanging it up.The quality is good and I do recommend this one if you are trying to choose which one to get.

Came Without Instructions
It's an interesting idea but I can't say if it has done much of anything for me at this point. It came without instructions so I don't know how long or often I need to use it. The mat and neck roll are well made and surprisingly comfortable to lay on. I gave it 3 stars for the lack of information or instruction on its use. I intend to contact the seller about that and if it turns out that I feel some benefit from using it I will update.
