Maverick 4x4 Installation Kit

My home in Idaho has a vented crawl space which is closed in the wintertime. After testing this space, my radon level was at 47, which is extremely high. 4 pc/l is considered potentially dangerous. Even though I risked a cold crawl space, I opened two vents to allow ventilation. After three days, the level lowered to 5.7 and held steady. I decided to install this fan since it came highly rated. My crawl space already had a .006 Visqueen well sealed gravel floor so the hard part was already done. Installing this fan with ducting to the exterior took about 8 hours and on a 1-10 scale of easy to hard was around a 4. Within 24 hours, my radon level dropped to .03, which I am well satisfied with. Power draw is hardly noticeable in my electric bill.

Simple, straightforward remove and replace.My 29 yr old fan began to vibrate a little last year, lately it vibrated enough to replace.Literally took about 40 minutes. It was so quiet and smooth upon installation I thought at first I had it wired incorrectly.Very nice. I am sure I saved $750-$1000 from having a radon company do it.

This fan is super quiet, easy to install with electrical clips. It fit mounting bracket perfectly. Everything you want in a replacement.

My home was built with a passive system in it which kept levels down. Whenever a storm came in and cause a drop in pressure my radon levels would spike. I installed this fan and haven't even come close to moderate levels.

This is a good radon mitigation kit. Works well!

Dropped my radon levels from 12.45 to .10. Has powerful suction and runs quiet. Highly recommend.

The unit could not discharge the needed CFM and needed to be return. Unfortunately the length of time to return the unit is to short and I now have two units one that removed the proper amount of CFM and one that does not and cannot be returned!
