Hat is ok, but box too small. The hat was misshapened as a result of being a force fit into the box.

I have a big head and a lot of one-size-fits-all hats don't fit me. The listing for this hat says "fits up to 23 1/8 inches" and that's exactly right; my head is about that big and this hat is snug but not tight on me. It's very comfortable and feels like good quality. Note: there was a very strong smell of palm leaves when I first opened the package; it almost seemed like the smell would be unpleasant while wearing the hat, however, it quickly faded and was gone with a week or so. If you have a very sensitive nose you might not be able to wear this before letting it air out for a while. For me it was no problem.

I’ll keep it, it’s well made and will do the job, But it is darker than the picture. I was expecting a lighter tan color and it’s pretty dark brown.

My head is 22.75 inches and this head fits comfortably. I am also able to fit my hair bun underneath. I wore this out in 85F plus weather and my head felt cool and protected from the sun. I did take out the cloth liner. The elastic band helped the hat stay in place when the weather was breezy. This hat goes well with everything, dresses or shorts. Hat is definitely unisex. I get compliments from both men and women. They all want a similar hat!

This is my favorite hat in my collection. It is a heavy material so it can be a bit warm on hot days. It’s stylish and quite comfortable.
