Q: will these glasses do anything about face recognition tech?

I believe it will block face recognition tech. They are completely black.

Q: do these block infared light?

The write-up states it protects for set wavelengths. Does it absolutely BLOCK? I don't know. When using the goggles, I can still see when the light is activated (push the button). I see a light emitting from the apparatus but do not know if the infrared light is blocked and I see some other light spectrum or not.
