Does nothing, just a gimmick. Don't buy.

I've used this for the past two nights and it only took about five minutes before I wanted to drop off to sleep, each time. I did still wake up once or twice during the night to go to the bathroom, but I was able to then fall right back to sleep, which I'm rarely able to do on my own. Sometimes, waking up at 2am to pee will ruin my whole night. If I do fall back asleep, it takes so long that I wake up at my regular time feeling as if I hadn't slept at all.So, that's the positive. It works and works quickly. But, this spray also reminds me that melatonin has never been my friend. When I use this spray, I get a headache and it feels like my brain is being squeezed -- as if something is forcing it to sleep. It's a pretty bad feeling. Also, since I have a slow metabolism, I wake up with it still in my system and it's hard to get out of bed. So, that's my experience. I still think it's well worth a try for people with sleep issues.

Sweet Dreams helps me sleep through the night. Taste is pleasant. Better than taking a sleeping tablet.

Very easy to use... 1 spray and I could tell my body was ready for a solid night sleep 45 minutes later. The extra bonus was that is tasted good 👍
