Easy Street Women's Sportster Slingback Mule

I needed shoes for work that fit their dress code, and these ones fit the bill. I am a hairdresser and am on my feet all day everyday. I usually only can last all day on my feet in sneakers, until I got these. About the closet thing to sneaker you can get (without being a sneaker!) You can wear them with or without socks. I got them in black and wear black socks with mine. I wear them with professional slacks, which cover the top and back of shoe so you cant even see the socks. There are a few things about this shoe that make it AMAZING: Wide toe- These shoes have square toe that give your toes room to wiggle and not squish them into each them in unbearable pain. I usually don't like square toes, as they can look like mens shoes... but these don't look like mens shoes at all. Very feminine. Sole comfort- There is a arch support. It is not super arched, so if your worried that an arch support might hurt you, these particular ones wont. They are squishy and soft and not extremely arched. The sole of these shoes are heavier, which make good work shoes on slippery surfaces. Good traction and a slightly raised heel for natural comfort. Easy on and off- There is a buckle on the back of the shoe that can be adjusted. Once buckled, it is made to stretch. You can slip on your shoes easily on and off. The top of the shoe also has some stretch. It stretches with your foot as you walk. So you don't have to worry about digging into your foot, or preventing you from getting the shoe on. Size- I LOVE that these shoes basically come in any size you can imagine. Weather your foot is narrow, wide, or normal there is a size for you. I got my shoe in a wide (I don't remember which wide option I chose). And it fit heavenly.

I had purchased this brand and style of shoe from QVC home shopping network in navy last December. This was my first online ordering experience. The fit was comfortable and the style and color were super. I am needing to replace several styles of shoes and cannot find narrows in our city. Amazon was recommended by a friend as well as a couple of other sites. I ordered the Sportster in brown and had the same experience as with QVC, but with a better price. The shoe fits my 8.5 Narrow foot perfectly. It is extremely comfortable and the color is a rich brown. I wear these in spring, summer, and even fall with socks. I hope to order the red in the near future. I hope Easy Street continues to make this style and add more colors (green, purple, orange). This brand fits a narrow foot perfectly. Amazon makes it so easy to order and return if needed.

I had these in my cart for a long time and finally broke down and purchased them. I'm a big girl and have wide feet. I wasn't sure if they would fit properly and I wasn't sure they would be sturdy enough because I walk several blocks every day back and forth to work. Well these are comfortable, fit nicely, and appear sturdy enough to last through out the summer. I don't wear them everyday but I feel I will wear them a few times a week until the fall. So far I have no complaints. I am thinking of buying a similar pair in black. With all these cheaply made Chinese products on the market today, I hesitate to buy anything online but my most trusted brands. I will now add Easy Street shoes to my trusted brand list. So they fit right, look good, and are well made. Oh and they were priced just right.

I had high hopes for these shoes. At time of ordering, they had about four star reviews and many saying they are comfortable. They look fantastic. I ordered the red. It's a darkish red and seems close to what is shown in the picture. I love the style. This style is great for transitional weather when it's too cold for sandals but you don't need boots/winter shoes. Insofar as fit, I think they are true to size length wise. I think width may be slightly narrow. I ordered wide. I have a wide front of foot and narrow heel. It is somewhat hard to find shoes because I need the width in toe area but I need heel secure. This style works well for that, but even though I ordered a wide, they seem snug on the toes. Maybe they will loosen up a bit. They aren't leather, so I doubt they will stretch much. My food isn't super wide and many of my shoes are regular width. I have worn them to work twice and both times I couldn't wait to change my shoes after work. It's three issues: the narrowness in toe box, they just don't feel soft and they make my feet sweat. I am not a foot sweater, but my feet feel clammy when I wear these. I don't wear socks/stockings. Overall, I regret buying these. If I could-a-should-a, I would have worn these around the house for a few hours first. I suggest with any new shoes, people do that so that you can return them if they are comfortable after an hour. I have high standards for comfort. I want support but not a hard inner surface. These didn't fit the bill.

These shoes have been a total Blessing to me. A few yrs ago as a child counselor...i was injured, and sustained back/leg/spinal injuries which resulted in lots of therapy..leaving me with more pain that i care to mention. However...since this happened my good leg has been favored for 5yrs now..leaving huge shifts of the hip/due to spinal trauma.etc. Anyway..I now have a size 7 on left foot..size 8 on right. I looked for a long time to find a shoe that could satisfy both those needs. WAAAALAAAAA...found the PELTZ Sportster Slingback Mule. I'm tellin ya...this is the most comfortable shoe on the planet. I've tried Clarks, Aigner, even Prada , and this little $29.99 show from PELTZ is SUPERB!!!!!! I have emailed the company...thanking them so much for this shoe style. GREAT people I might add. They even gave me a discount coupon # on my second/third purchase. I just ordered another pair in Brown. I now have 3 pair...and sold my sister on a pair of Red Ones. I tell everyone about this GREAT shoes..esp if they've had an injury similar to mine. THANK YOU PELTZ.......YOU HAVE WON ME OVER COMPLETELY GOD BLESS YOU..!!!!!!

When I purchased these I didn't realise they were coming from Kentucky....they were too narrow and far too small..my returns have cost me £15 which I think is a lot of money. I'm hoping I get this back along with the cost of the shoes. Very disappointed. Will be very careful next time I order from amazon
