I liked the quality of the pillow. It was easy to clean and easy to adjust once inflated. I like not having to remove the pillow from my neck in order to add or release air. The storage pouch was also convenient. I didn't use the eye mask or ear plugs, but the mask seemed comfortable enough when I tried it on. My suggestion for improvement would be to make the portion at the back of the neck a little smaller, so the head doesn't have to lean forward when the seat is completely upright. I tried to deflate it slightly, but it only kind of helped. Additionally, it would be nice if the tie at the front of the pillow could be tightened even further. As I haven't been able to find a pillow with all of these feature, I would buy this one again.

This overall is nice but back of the pillow is thick and when fully inflated didn't allow my upper back to rest against the seat. I let out some air which helped but that caused the pillow to be less supportive overall. It also picey for what you are getting

I really looked forward to this inflatable neck pillow for an upcoming 13 flight due to the raving reviews, and I wish I could love it, but it's surprisingly disappointing. I didn't realize that the back neck portion is as wide as the two side portions, so it's actually very uncomfortable to wear in a plane seat--my upper back could not touch/rest against the seat... so imagine sitting at a 80 degree angle (no fun). Even when resting against a reclined seat, I had to awkwardly adjust my chun upwards/tilt my head back more than usual to properly support my neck. Additionally, after just ONE USE the seams by the air pump are ripping. My favorite part about this set is the eyemask with pocket for earbuds. I unfortunately will not be bringing this with me on my next flight.

I had really high hopes for this neck pillow. But it has failed the first which is major the air won't stay in the pillow by morning it is almost completely flat. Second I don't like the tie it may be me but I don't like that it makes me feel like it will choke me in the middle of the night. Lastly it has no bend once it is inflated so it feels like a rock. And the big ball that you use to pump it up is in a weird place like right there on the front. It is just not for me. And now it will not hold air. I don't recommend if you're looking for medium softness

I have tries some other neck pillow, and I love this one, it’s realy soft and comfy. The air doesn’t come out like other pillows. I like the bag it comes with, it’s really easy to take it with you.

OMG so so so I can sleep with the pillow at home next to the tv I love the mask for the eye make you relax even for one moment you haveto try it on 🤗
