I got this hydroponics growing system as a Christmas gift, and honestly, it sat in the box for a few months before I got around to setting it up. But once I did? Total game-changer. It’s like having a little science experiment on my kitchen counter—and I’m completely obsessed.Watching the herbs and flowers sprout and grow is ridiculously satisfying. It’s become part of my morning ritual: brew coffee, check on my little plant lab. The setup was pretty straightforward once I committed, and the built-in lights make it easy to keep things thriving without needing a green thumb.It’s fun, low-maintenance, and super rewarding. Plus, fresh herbs at arm’s reach? Huge win. Whether you’re into cooking, gardening, or just want something peaceful and productive to tinker with, this thing is awesome.

Easy to assemble, 8 slots for herbs or lettuce, lightweight and easy to move around, just seeded so I will update on how well seeds germinate and grow. Light is bright and has vegetable and flowering/fruiting options. Be mindful to fill with warm water to help speed up germination. Light is adjustable and height can allow for hybrid plants like tiny Tim tomatoes (very small in height and bush varieties). Little noise for water feature so super quiet. Great for kitchen herbs and lettuce to grow indoors. Just wished it came with more slots 😂

I love this little hydroponic garden. It's only been a couple of weeks, but my Tiny Tim Tomato plants are about an inch high. It seems to be easy to maintain, and is small enough to keep in a corner of the kitchen. I had a small problem the first night with a slow leak by the drainage plug , but contacted the company who responded the very next day and sent a new one out. ( I am keeping it in a small plastic container, but it is not leaking at all.) All is now well. I'm extremely happy with the sturdiness, the appearance, how my tomatoes seem to be thriving, and most of all, the customer service. I highly recommend this item and this company.

Update: amazing customer service, I was given a refund and I’m very thankful! I’ve had this unit for 56 days, and it was amazing—right up until the pump started making loud, awful noises. I cleaned both the pump and the filter, but unfortunately, there was no change in the sound. I’ve also ordered replacement filters in the hope that it helps. It’s frustrating because the performance was great at first, but now the noise is driving us insane. I really hope this can be resolved easily, because when it was working properly, it made a big difference.

The media could not be loaded. Important update. After about another 2 months, the light on this unit stopped working. I did email back and forth with the manufacturer, and they promised me multiple times to send me a new unit. Unfortunately, they never sent the unit and went radio silent. This unit does not have a warranty as promised. It will fail.We have had this unit for about 3 months now, and are working on our third set of cultivated vegetables. This unit worked great right out of the box, and had everything to get started. You will have to order replacement baskets and pot material. This isn't really expensive.The most important thing you need to know about is the light. The light in this unit is fine for growing plants all at the same height. For example, when you have seedlings, the lights have to be down low like we showed in the picture above. As the plants get taller, the light moves up. The light isn't strong enough for crop rotation. That means, that when you have some adult plants, and you want to start seedlings so that you have a constant supply of vegetables, you can't do it on this unit alone.The reason is, the light isn't strong enough to penetrate all the way down when it's lifted up for taller plants. That's the drawback of this unit.You are also going to have to learn what you can grow and what you can't grow. And you need to learn how to fertilize and trim or top the plans so that they can function in this hydroponic system. There isn't really a good guidance pamphlet included with this unit.The spaces between where the plants go in are not very big. So a lot of plants that you could grow hydroponically just won't fit here. Any of the vine plants, or strawberry plants, or even the larger green leafy vegetable plants can't be placed right next to each other due to size limitations. We ended up using every other space, and that allowed us to grow our green leafy vegetables.We got this unit to see if we wanted to get a larger hydroponic system. We really like this little unit. It served that purpose. Also, if you just want some greens that are growing, or some spices, this is a great little unit for that. We will most likely keep this unit going for that.The rubber footings on this unit are black. We have white counters, and this unit marked up our counters pretty well. We ended up having to take a special cleaning solution to get it off. If you go with this unit, try to get some clear replacement foot pads, or put something under it so it doesn't mark up. Wherever you put it. It doesn't leak at all, but the markings come from the bottom of the unit.

Man this thing is good. So i didnt read instructions correctly. N out the rocks in cups then in system. Your suppose to fill water in bottle. But i will say doing it this way made my cherry tomatoes plants sprout in a a day or two then continued during the week. I did also play classical music to the plant. Not saying that helped bit thats what i heard so i tried it. I mean results speak for themselves. Oh n im not getting paid for this review. My own opinion with proof. Last picture is from april 6th 2025. So think all together maybe two weeks of growth Or less so far.

I think I got this thing about a year agoThis is the first time I really seen something sprout, which is basil. I think it does vegetables better than flowers. I did get some lavender to grow, but it was hard to transfer. The plants Weren’t big enough.
