Product of poor quality
I've written to the seller regarding the product purchased under a year.Take note for the new buyer, this isn't just a rant.1) Battery stopped charging2) Buttons on the unit are stuck into the cam so I can no longer press them to change my settings3) Unit won't turn on even when charger is plugged in4) Recording are meant to loop and it came up and said card is full which isn't a big deal as I can just format it but my unit can't be operated due to my buttons. Hmmmmm what do i do now?I have another similar cam to this but slightly better quality however it's lasting longer than this one and I've had it longer. Sadly I gave this one to my parent (should've kept it for myself LOL)Anyway new buyers, do take note of those who write negative reviews because sometimes they are legitimate feedback.Thankfully the seller we've purchased this from was really good and dealt with our feedback appropriately which we're very grateful. I would recommend the seller but not the product.

Great dash cam for it’s price
Overall a great dash cam. Very clear with all pictures, recording and sound. I wish I know how to set it so that it will work when the park is unattended and parked...

Meh product
The camera will turn on by itself including the time of date will sometimes reset to 2017. Not really worth it but works well when it comes to recording situations

absolute trash
bought this item in oct 2018 and it has never saved (with SD card) 1 video and the camera battery does not hold a charge. product is subpar and i would not have spent the money on it, I have spent more time thinking it was my fault / user error but in the end it was just a trash product. seller should be ashamed

Did not hold up.
The casing is good. but after a week the control buttons push into the camera and the SD card had trouble staying in slot.I did like the this camera it's picture was great. So I am sending this back. :(

Controls are a little annoying to get used to but otherwise very solid
