My review was helpful to many people. Milk thistle is not suitable for everyone, how to find: enlarged liver , liver draging pain, pimples / bumps in face and head. This are side effects for me. And I saw some will have bloating and gas.i tried another himalaya brand also not good. After one dose of tablet livdr draging pain was started again and I'm depressed. Definitely don't try. Instead make juice amla, lemon, ginger , turmeric and dandlion root gree tea is best.
