Women's Black Lace Applique Tulle Long Formal Evening Dress

I loved this dress. It is well made and quite pretty. The seams are well made and it feels very quality like. The bodice is lightly boned which lends to a lovely silhouette. I did not pay for super fast shipping but it came in about 2 weeks which was far faster then I had anticipated. It said it would arrive around August 27, but I received it on August 1. About two weeks from initial order.Now the not so good stuff. I am a solid size 12. I ordered a size 12. It doesn’t fit very well and is a small. The corset back gives you a lot of leeway, but if you have to wear the dress with the corset wide open the lacing is not long enough to accommodate all the loops. The size 12 was too small for me and I had to open the corset back as far as I could . It did fit in the waist, but I suppose that was because of the corset back. It was snug in the shoulders. The sleeves were great though and were roomy and not at all tight.The picture makes the dress look fuller than it really is. I purchased a tea length crinoline to make the dress more full.Since it was too small i wanted to exchange it, however, I was informed that I have to pay to ship the dress back, which cost $19 to ship back to a California address btw) and then remit an additional $19 to have a different size sent. Ummm. No. I am sending this dress back and getting a refund and will order another dress.I would strongly suggest that you be aware of the return policy which is not covered in the product description. I would also strongly suggest that you take your bust and waist measurement and send them to the vendor to determine your size. Some said they order there regular size and the dress fit however, that was not my experience. Somewhere buried in the descriptions it does say that formalwear tends to run small. I missed that and should have ordered a 14 or possibly a 16.Seller communication is horrible. I have tried to reach out to the seller on multiple occasions and no response is ever given. This is not acceptable behavior.UPDATE 9/10/19I purchased this dress again but I. A size 14. It fits fantastic albeit a touch big but this is not the fault of the dress, but rather me having lost 15 pounds. None the less the fit is fine.The dress is quality. The color is beautiful. The lining is doubled. One side is black and the other is champagne. The lace netting is a couple of layers, not just one layer. This makes the dress full. I did purchase a tea length crinoline to give the dress more fullness.The bodice is nicely boned. I was surprised that the privacy panel has boning too to keep its shape and to keep it from bunching up. It is a really nice touch. The lace pieces are securely sewn on. And the sleeves, they are well made and roomy too. The fit is quite comfortable and looks beautiful. Pictures are forthcoming.This dress is quality and not a cheap knockoff like other vendors trying to sell this dress. What you get from them is cheap, way to small fit, and poor quality. This dress, however, is quite honestly as nice as if you purchased it from a brick and mortar bridal salon.

This dress is absolutely stunning! It’s incredibly well made and high quality. This was my wedding dress, for a very impromptu ceremony, and it was perfect. It has light plastic boning and the closure in the back is the corset lacing (there are no buttons or a zipper). The seller contacted me about an hour after my purchase to make sure I had chosen the correct size (because special occasion dress fit differently) without knowing the wedding backstory of the purchase. When my wedding went from a very small, low-key family wedding, to a larger guest list of around 40, the seller was able to rush my order and get it to me 4 days before the “earliest expected shipping date” of the already expedited shipping. If I ever need another beautiful special occasion dress, this is where I will look first.Note: The ribbon cockade at the bottom of the corset lacing is not part of the dress and was a gift from my mother.

Sizes and measurements are no where close! Ordered 3 sizes too big according to seller’s measurements. Knew I would have to have it altered before my daughters wedding. Came in a couple of days early and is a beautiful dress but was about 2 sizes to small. I measured exactly according to their instructions and their measurement standards and I normally would’ve needed an 18 according to the measurements they gave. Ordered a 24 and according to their measurements it should’ve swallowed me! I couldn’t pull it up under my arms it was so tight. Not enough time to return snd get a new one. Got return label and mailed and paid $16. 50 shipping fee. Waiting to see if they make it right! Will update! This dress cost me $167,ive already paid $16.50 in return shipping and then borrowed my sisters dress and had to have a formal hemmed which cost me 43.00 and by the way it is a size 16 and fit perfect! Very dissatisfied!

We ordered this for a prom for our daughter. She is about 112 lbs and 5'2". We ordered a size 4 and it was near perfect. We tightened the laces pretty small though to about 1 inch. It could definitely fit larger sizes. Her measurements were 32 b, 27 w, 36 h. It took 20 days to get it and that was paying the extra shipping fee. It came within the days listed by one day. It was very nicely made. All lined and french seams. Looks exactly like picture. She received many many compliments and felt super pretty. It was modest, classy and very beautiful. It was a litle bit wrinkly - but each layer can be dry ironed on a low heat setting - I used polyester. It also had a bit of a strange odor. I thought it smelled a little like a harsh laundry soap. It seemed to be the netting more than anything. It hung in the open for a week and right before - I pulled up the layers and sprayed just the hard netting underneath with some plain febreeze and that seemed to help.

I order this dress as a non traditional wedding dress for a Christmas wedding. I loved the red and burgundy styles and how they were two tone with ivory and reds. From reading previous reviews I saw the red in person was a much brighter shade so I ordered the burgundy. I’m torn on how to review this....This dress is well made, sturdy, beautifully detailed but it does not look like the picture. I ordered burgundy and it’s red. It’s a beautiful shade of red but It is NOT two toned and it’s not what I ordered. It fits nicely - the corset back is time consuming but allows you to really fit your shape by where you tighten it.I ordered a burgundy and ivory two toned dress for a wedding. What I got was a well made all red dress. So 5 stars for quality but 2 stars for not being what is described in the listing.

When I ordered, I chose the size I THOUGHT would fit. The company contacted me to double check, and uh oh. Not right. They got my measurements and made this dress to my actual specs...and it fit PERFECTLY! Wore it for our son’s wedding, and got many compliments! Thumbs up to these guys! It even arrive a week earlier than expected. The dress is duly lined and handcrafted to be just as beautiful as the pictures showed.
