Needed to file the bottom so it would slide down the pic rail, but that wasn't much trouble. If you have any trouble sliding yours, don't force it. Take it off and lightly file any high spots on the underside. This is very simple, and basic fitting. If you don't do it, you risk damaging it by ripping the LED housing off the front, if it gets hung up.Other than that, its fine. And I would recommend it. This model uses both front LEDs at the same time, so its double the brightness of the other, two function models. I only decided to add one to my rifle because of that saying about 1 is none, and 2 is 1. That, and the fact that it weights almost nothing, and takes up very little space.
