This is the best cooking oil I have ever used. It is also cholesterol free!!

I stopped using canola oil from the grocery store because it is not healthy. I love finding this one because it is organic. Too pricey but is healthy so I have it on subscribe and save. It has no smell and is great in baking corn bread and I use it to make yummy fried potatoes.

I learned this oil was best for baking so that is why I purchased it. I love it so far.

I find the product information inaccurate and deceptive. One picture shows the smoke point at 225 degrees which may be true for organic, unrefined, unprocessed oil. This type of oil is very healthy and anti-inflammatory if you don't overheat it. The ingredients label says the product is naturally expeller pressed. BUT, this is NOT what is in the bottle. Another part of the label also shows the product as refined and good for high heat 510F degrees, which is not as healthy and has gone through a refining process involving "degumming, neutralization, bleaching and deodorization." And note: THIS PRODUCT IS NOT RETURNABLE.
